Order Processing:

All of our press-on nail sets are carefully prepared to ensure they meet our quality standards before shipping.

Processing Time: 1–2 business days

Orders are submitted for processing within 24 hours after your purchase is completed. Each order undergoes order verification, quality inspection, and secure packaging before shipment. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, shipping method, and order value.

United States:

Economy: 5-8 business days 

FREE SHIPPING: 5-8 Business Days 

Priority Mail:  1-4 Business Days 

International: 

8-15 Business Days

Order Tracking:

Lost, Delayed, or Undelivered Orders:

If your order has not been delivered within 4 weeks from the shipping date, you are eligible for one of the following:

A full refund or A free replacement shipment To request assistance, please contact our customer support team with your order number.

Damaged Package:

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

Your order number, Clear photos of the damaged package and product. We will review your claim and work quickly to provide an appropriate resolution.
